WELCOME

RICTA2018, the 6th Iberian Meeting on Aerosol Science and Technology, will take place at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) in Bilbao, Spain, during 20-22 June 2018.

This series of conferences started as a Spanish aerosol conference (RECTA2007) in Madrid, followed by Malaga (RECTA2008), Bilbao (RECTA2009), Granada (RECTA2010) and Madrid (RECTA2011) and became a Joint Portuguese-Spanish Aerosol Meeting in Évora (RICTA2013), which has continued in Tarragona (RICTA2014), Elche (RICTA2015), Aveiro (RICTA2016) and Barcelona (RICTA2017).

Aims and scope

The aims of RICTA meetings are:

• To bring together Aerosol Science and Technology researchers from Portugal and Spain.
• To encourage the participation of aerosol researchers from other countries interested in collaborating with Spanish and Portuguese groups.
• To contribute to the development of junior scientists, by encouraging their presentation of high quality research.

Researchers, designers, teachers, students, product developers and companies interested in these objectives are welcome to RICTA2018 in Bilbao.

The Aerosol Technology meeting (AT2018) will take place at the same venue right before RICTA2018 (on June 18-20). A reduced registration fee to RICTA2018 has been fixed for attendants to AT2018.
