Colegio Mayor Miguel de Unamuno

The residence (Miguel de Unamuno) is two metro (subway) stops from the conference venue (15 minutes door to door). The residence does not have a private parking but it is located in an area of free street parking. Premises are in very good condition.

Every room has an en suite bathroom. Linen and towels will be provided, daily room cleaning. Breakfast is included. Free Wi-Fi. Self-service laundry room.

Notes:

The price of the room at the Student Residence will be added to the conference Registration Fee. Fundacion UNED will issue a single invoice with the total amount (registration fee, conference dinner, trip to La Rioja, room at Student Residence) indicating that the payment corresponds to Registration for the International Conference on Aerosol Technology, AT2018, Bilbao (Spain) June 18.20, 2018

Reservation CANNOT be guaranteed on line due to limited number of rooms.

Booking should be requested using the Registration process. In the Payment data section, tick the box “Book a room at the Student Residence?”, a list of options will appear.

Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Fill out the requested data. The room price will not be included initially in the payment form. A new form will be emailed as soon as the booking can be confirmed.

We recommend the reservation of the room in advance (for the conference days). Later on you may enter again in the registration process and change you arrival or departure dates (to adjust to your travel arrangements), or send an email to at2018@dfmf.uned.es asking for any room changes.

Types of rooms

• Single occupancy:
  • Single room (twin bed), 55 €/day
  • Double room (larger room with two twin beds) used as single room, 60 €/day
• Double occupancy
  • Double room (double bed) for two persons, 74 €/day
  • Double room (larger room with two twin beds) used as single room, 78 €/day

In the case of requesting a room for two people you will be asked to provide the name of the person sharing the double room and to tick one of the two options:

• Paid in full by this attendee (a single invoice will be issued)
• Payment shared with roommate (the total room price will be split and half of the room price will be included in the invoice issued to each roommate).
